Lead Analyst Programmer
 

Responsibilities:

• Team leader who lead the local product development effort to enhance our CRM product offerings
• Be a product expert on our CRM product offerings.
• Able to customize and support our CRM product based on project requirements.
• Liaise with product development team in headquarter, Ireland.
• Provide technical knowledge and training to the Professional Service and Customer Service teams.
• Provide technical support to Customer Service team in supporting the end-user.
• Be involved in Medium & Large-scale System Integration projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate should posses a Higher Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in software development.
• Functional knowledge of CRM (Sales & Marketing, Helpdesk and Service) industry.
• Strong Development Knowledge of .NET especially ASP.Net and C# .Net.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Windows platforms such as Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008.
• Strong knowledge in MS SQL Server 2005/2008, database design and SQL statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Workflow Foundation.
• Strong team player with ability to work in a team or independently.
• Ability to work with Business Analysts and Users to design product/solutions.
• Good analytical, problem solving, and software design skills.
• Good organizational skill, pay attention to detail and take ownership of work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
