  • Service call escalation procedures to ensure all calls are dealt with in line with your company’s Service Level Agreements.

Ulysses Notify monitors the system for any critical conditions of data and provides ‘automated response actions’ enabling a response to these conditions as they occur. The most common scenario for using the Notify service is to escalate high priority tasks and send out email notifications to the related specialists.

Notify integrates seamlessly with the main Ulysses application. Once it has been plugged in, it provides users with an easy to use interface that lists the necessary steps in chronological order along the left-hand side. The appropriate settings and information is then added to the details pane on the right-hand side.
